Shipping

For deliveries within the city of Santa Marta, products in stock for 1 to 2 weeks, and manufactured products, the delivery time will be 6 to 9 days. For other cities, shipping time must be added.

Shipping costs for the product must be paid for by the buyer according to the final settlement, which will depend on the quantity of products purchased and the destination city.

The transportation service does not include: (a) lifting and lowering the product via facades, voids, terraces, or other areas, nor (b) lifting and lowering the product via stairs when the product exceeds three floors, nor (c) other specialized maneuvers. MONICA SARAVIA will not be responsible for such maneuvers, which must be contracted by the Buyer directly with a third party.

For accessories, coffee tables, and chairs, customers can schedule in-store pickup at no shipping cost. In any case, a MONICA SARAVIA advisor will contact them to coordinate delivery details.

The customer must inspect the delivered products at the time of delivery. If they show any damage, dents, or imperfections, they must reject the product and contact Monica Saravia at contacto@monicasaravia.com.

Returns and Exchanges

MONICA SARAVIA will proceed to exchange and accept returns of products and/or services in accordance with the parameters of the warranties provided by the respective manufacturer, or in accordance with the terms of the law. For products and/or services that do not have a warranty, MONICA SARAVIA may, at its discretion, exchange or accept a return. MONICA SARAVIA will only be obligated to accept exchanges or returns of products and/or services without a warranty when, at the time of delivery of the respective product and/or service, it is determined that it does not correspond to the characteristics with which it is displayed on this site, or is damaged.

The request for change or return must be made by the user through the email contacto@monicasaravia.com Whenever the request for change or return is submitted for reasons not attributable to MONICA SARAVIA, the credit that will be granted for the respective change or return will amount to the net value of the product and/or service, not including the value of transportation, which is assumed by the user, who must also assume the transportation charges generated as a result of the collection of the product and/or service, as well as the new shipment.
