BEATRIZ ELENA GRACIA ALDANA Distinction

The 'Beatriz Elena Gracia Aldana' Distinction was awarded.

Sergio Arboleda University in Santa Marta awarded the "Beatriz Elena Gracia Aldana" Distinction for Humanistic and Entrepreneurial Merit in memory of Beatriz Gracia, Director of the Graduate School and a graduate of the Human Resources Specialization Program at the aforementioned Higher Education Institution.

The Distinction, created to recognize the human and professional qualities of Sergista Beatriz Elena Gracia Aldana, as well as her entrepreneurial and innovative spirit and dedication to service, which led her to projects that benefited communities and helped many young people access higher education, was awarded to Mónica Saravia Caballero, a graduate of the Business Administration Program at the Santa Marta branch.

During the awards ceremony, the Alma Mater recognized the career in the humanities and entrepreneurial fields of Mónica Saravia Caballero, who has distinguished herself for her leadership and commitment to the institution's values.

Likewise, for the positioning of its brand at the local, regional, and national levels, having been selected at international fairs and raising the profile of our country, and allowing the region to generate progress through its brand.

The formal ceremony, held at the headquarters of Sergio Arboleda University in Santa Marta, was attended by the Sectional Rector, Dr. Alfredo Méndez Alzamora; the Secretary General, Camilo Noguera Abello; the Undersecretary General, Juan Pablo Santrich Abello; process leaders from the institution; family and friends of Dr. Beatriz Gracia Aldana; and the closest relatives of the honoree, Mónica Saravia Caballero.

The granting of recognition by this Alma Mater constitutes an unequivocal sign of lasting gratitude to those, both within and outside the Institution, who have effectively lived and shared the mission principles conceived by its founders.
