One trip to Paris will never be enough!

There's one thing many of us can agree on: Paris is a wonderful city! It captivates you as soon as you arrive; it has a beauty that captivates all the senses. It's no wonder it's recognized worldwide as the city of love, the capital of fashion, the city of light, and many more. There's so much to see that visiting it once will never be enough. Here's my list of must-sees to say Buongiorno Paris!

  1. Visiting the Eiffel Tower, the most famous and distinguished monument in the French capital, impresses you from the moment you spot it in the distance. My advice is to enjoy it from the Trocadero Gardens and don't forget to take photos from every angle possible!
  2. The Champs-Élysées, the most famous avenue, with its striking Arc de Triomphe at its end. You'll definitely want to take that classic photo in the middle of the avenue, enjoy walking it from beginning to end, take the opportunity to visit the famous Lido de Paris cabaret, dine at Le Fouquet's, and pick up a little something at Louis Vuitton.
  3. Notre Dame Cathedral is splendid, just once you see it it's impossible not to remember the famous classic The Hunchback and be impressed by the gargoyles, the story becomes reality but it never existed, so it's not worth being disappointed!
  4. The Louvre Museum and its modern glass pyramid contrast with the classicism of the palace. Obviously, we're all going to see the Mona Lisa, Leonardo da Vinci's famous Mona Lisa, but I recommend you don't miss the sculpture of the Winged Victory of Samothrace, my favorite!
  5. Get to know the Nomtmarte neighborhood, a bohemian neighborhood full of painters that houses the impressive Basilica of the Sacred Heart and the famous Moulin Rougue cabaret, where if you wear a dress you can have fun and take advantage of the air coming out through the vents and emulate the famous photo of Marilyn Monroe that didn't happen there!
  6. A stroll through La Défense, the financial district and the most modern area of Paris, with its skyscrapers and the Grande Arche. I recommend staying in this little-known area if you love contemporary architecture and a relaxing break from the hustle and bustle of the city.
  7. Don't miss the Chapel of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, the place where the Virgin Mary appeared and today a site of constant pilgrimage. Attending Mass is a privilege!
  8. And when it comes to food, French cuisine takes you from a Nutella-filled crepe at a street stall to its famous duck foie gras at an amazing restaurant. And there's more: croissants, macarons, ratatouille, duck confit, croque-monsier, onion soup, various cheeses, and don't forget the champagne!

I've had the opportunity to go a couple of times, both in winter and summer. It's captivating. Without a doubt, one trip to Paris is never enough. I always find the best options on Booking.com and I'd like to go back a thousand times more! Any recommendations?
