Mango chop

A delicious mango snack that will get you out of trouble, whether at meetings or on a trip. It's super easy; enjoy it in no time.

INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 mango
  • ½ red bell pepper
  • ½ green bell pepper
  • ¼ onion
  • 4 sprigs of cilantro
  • 1 drop of spicy
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 shot of white vinegar

PREPARATION:

Dice the mango and finely chop all the vegetables. Then, mix in a bowl and add the lemon juice and vinegar. Let it marinate for a while; I like to refrigerate it until ready to serve. Serve with plantain chips and green plantain. Enjoy your mango picada!
