Lola the Cow's Party
Share
Gustavo turned one! He's my little borrowed baby, and I was thrilled to help organize his first birthday. His celebration was in the privacy of his home with his family as guests. Along with my daughter, Moni, we helped his mom make it extra special, so we got to work like the best children's party planners. Here's how to make it special:
1. We decorated the table with the birthday boy's favorite theme; Gustavo loves Lola the cow.
2. We decorated the table with countless details to completely personalize it, with a pudding featuring Lola the Cow as the star, surrounded by chickens, pigs, horses, worms, and sheep in the shapes of cookies, cupcakes, marshmallows, and cake pops.
3. We added details, tractors, wheelbarrows, fences, sunflowers, and a large background with farmer's gates to achieve a very special table that only the honoree deserves.
4. The balloons could not be missing, we filled the lower part of the table with many cow balloons, yes more cows, combined with blue, orange, green, red and yellow balloons.
5. Surprises were present: beautifully detailed farm bags were displayed, arranged vertically on a ladder, along with Woody and his girlfriend BoBeep dressed as cowboys for the occasion. They were then sent to their friends who were present via Zoom.
6. The table setting for a special themed meal couldn't be missing. A fique tablecloth showcased tomatoes, carrots, corn on the cob, and lettuce, accompanied by details like a tossed bowl full of brownies.
7. We took the opportunity to take lots of family photos, all dressed in jeans and white, matching perfectly with our cow masks. If it's all cow, it's okay to exaggerate!
In these times, celebrating and being able to share with family is more than a privilege. Don't skimp on details or effort! This holiday, Lola the Cow, Lola the Cow, has a head and a tail, and she moo-mooes... I know you read that while singing!
Want to make it exactly the same? It's easy: cupcakes and marshmallows from TataSuperReal ; pudding, cookies, and cake pops from Repostería Donde Rita ; we got all the decorations from Amazon. Here's my list for Lola the Cow party . Lola the Cow, Lola the Cow...
