Creating self-care spaces

Now that we know more than ever that our homes are the best place to take care of ourselves and those we love most, to make the ordinary extraordinary, to be extremely happy, it's more than necessary to have spaces for self-care, to disconnect, to relax, and to recharge. Here are all my tips:
- Evaluate your habits. Analyze what you like to do most and review the space you have set aside for it. Cooking, applying makeup, exercising, and exploring new hobbies are a necessity; having a dedicated space is essential!
- Make space. Clean, purify, and organize. Create space for the moment—it's now, and it feels great. I wrote about this in my article "Tidying Up Like Mari Kondo" recently. You can also hire someone to help you if you're feeling overwhelmed.
- Create the space. Make a list of everything you need, clear the space, and get creative. Think about everything your routine entails: furniture, lighting, accessories. Remember, the details always make the difference.
- Enjoy it! Now that it's ready, it'll be great. Treat yourself guilt-free. Self-care is one of the most indulgent, well-deserved, and necessary moments!
