Self-care on gray days

Hello, hello. I've had a persistent flu for several days now. I have to accept that it's not easy for me to stay stuck at home, having to postpone appointments, and put aside my design firm to dedicate myself to self-care. But I decided to be grateful and face the reality this difficult cold season has brought.

For several days, the general malaise hasn't allowed me to get out of bed, but I'm convinced that willpower is all the key to getting up, and even though I still don't sleep well, I have to face the fact, and I decided to pamper myself a lot to give myself time to time.

I've slept in, worn my favorite pajamas, snuggled up under my comforter even though I'm still gasping for air, indulged in several desserts, and drank tons of warm beverages that comfort me and literally make me feel like my cold is going away for a moment.

I don't know how many more days I'll be sick, but I've followed all the recommendations and hopefully I'll be back as soon as possible. Thank God, I tested positive for the flu and negative for COVID. Take care!
