This recipe is easy to make; you can make it in no time. It's based on white rice, which you can have stored for days, saving you a lot of time. I love it because it's perfect for everyday use and also for dazzling your guests on a special occasion. Here's the recipe for this fried rice for 4 people:
Ingredients:
- 3 cups of cooked white rice
- 1/2 onion
- Garlic salt
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 cup of corn
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- Ground pepper
Preparation :
In a wok, sauté the onion with garlic salt in vegetable oil for a couple of minutes until translucent. Add the carrot and sauté it. Then, add the corn. Add the rice and stir until all the ingredients are well combined. Finally, add the soy sauce and pepper. You'll see how the rice turns slightly darker. Once the fried rice is ready, it's time to serve and enjoy!
